Late Check-Out charges: 30%. Late check-out (after 13:00 and before 17:00) will have an additional charge. In case of not respecting the schedule, a total charge will be made for the following night.
When booking our cabin with a kitchen you can bring food and/or beverages into the cabin. For the rest of our cabins you can only bring non-perishable food. It is forbidden to bring food and/or beverages outside of our restaurant into common areas, such as the pool, hot springs, etc. The Restaurant is open from 09:00 hr to 18:00 hr.
- Lodging must be paid in advance.
- Upon arrival you must fill out your registration form and pick up your keys, you will be asked for $500 pesos as recovery in case of damage or loss of keys, the $500 pesos will be given to you at the end of your stay and checking that everything is in order.
- Respect the rest hours from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- Parking is free, we are not responsible for partial or total theft of your vehicle. Jorullo Paradise is not responsible for the partial or total loss of your property.
- It is forbidden to take out of your cabin any implement with which it is equipped (towel, blankets, etc.) any loss of these will be included in your bill.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, No guests allowed, No bands, norteños, etc. are allowed.
By the fact of having made a reservation, the guests declare to accept in all its parts the present INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF JORULLO PARADISE.
For cancellation issues there are no refunds or reimbursement of money, you can reschedule your visit for future dates in a period not exceeding 3 months.
